Keep frozen until ready to cook. No need to thaw. Lightly brush or spray oil on the pan and burger patty. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Patty is done when brown and firmed in the center on both sides. Each method takes about 5 to 6 minutes to cook on both sides. No additional seasoning is needed. Best eaten when hot.
Stove:
Preheat a cast iron pan at broil. Use a middle stove rack.
Frying Pan:
Preheat your pan to medium-high on the stovetop
Air Fryer:
Preheat between 300-400 degrees.
Shipping
If we have stock, orders on average take about 7-10 business days to process and deliver depending upon your shipment location and the shipping option chosen at checkout. Domestic delivery usually takes about 1 to 2 days once shipped. If we are out of stock, you will be notified prior to purchasing when the expected processing date will begin. We do allow orders to be placed on backorder.
Products may arrive thawed especially during the summer months even when packaged with dry ice and gel packs. Toss them into the freezer to re-freeze and then cook from frozen.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our frozen food products, all sales are final after order has been shipped. If you discover an issue with your order with 24 to 48 hours of delivery, you can contact us and we will retrieve the necessary information to access a valid refund or credit of purchased product(s).
